Section 62
Disposition versions
62. Every person who contravenes section 4.1, the second paragraph of section 14, section 46, the second or third paragraph of section 54, the second paragraph of section 55.1 or section 60 commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $1,000 to $100,000 or, in other cases, to a fine of $3,000 to $600,000.
62. Every person who contravenes section 4.1, the second paragraph of section 14, 15 or 32, section 46, the second or third paragraph of section 54, the second paragraph of section 55.1 or section 59 or 60 commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $1,000 to $100,000 or, in other cases, to a fine of $3,000 to $600,000.
62. Every person who contravenes the second paragraph of section 9, 14, 15 or 32, or section 46, 47, 59 or 60 commits an offence and is liable, in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $1,000 to $100,000 or, in other cases, to a fine of $3,000 to $600,000.
62. Every offence against the provisions of section 5, 8 or 11 renders the offender liable,
(1) in the case of a natural person, to a fine of $2,000 to $25,000; or
(2) in the case of a legal person, to a fine of $25,000 to $500,000.
